Madhuchanda Mishra, Managing Trustee & Program Head

With over 20 years of experience, Madhuchanda (Madhu) Mishra is a highly respected special educator and the driving force behind the design and management of Nirantar Prayas’ programs, including the vocational center. A parent herself, she brings deep sensitivity to handling challenging behaviors, fostering positive growth in her students. Madhu holds a Diploma in Autism Spectrum Disorder, a B.Ed. in Intellectual Disability, and an M.A. in Mathematics.
Her expertise lies in developing personalized educational approaches, ensuring each student receives the attention and support they need to thrive. Madhu is passionate about creating inclusive environments where students can grow socially, emotionally, and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies, shopping, and traveling, often drawing inspiration from her experiences.

Anuradha Shrivastava, Vocational Center& Functional Academic Head

Anuradha Shrivastava is a dedicated special educator passionate about integrating children with Autism and special needs into mainstream settings. With experience across six different educational setups, she specializes in functional assessments and developing IEPs. Driven by her personal journey as a mother, she is deeply committed to her students’ growth. Anuradha holds a Diploma in Special Education (ASD) and is also a law graduate, having practiced law until 2008.
