Madhuchanda Mishra, Founder & Special Educator

Madhuchhanda Mishra is the Managing Trustee of Nirantar Prayas, a Noida-based NGO she co-founded as a collective effort of like-minded parents to give a life of dignity and respect to children with special needs. The initiative focuses on children above 12, teaching them vocational skills and building a supportive social fabric of acceptance, inclusion, and affection, with the ultimate goal of creating a residential setup for adults even after their parents grow old or pass away. With over 25 students, Nirantar Prayas runs in-center vocational training in food processing, packaging, and data entry, and is 80G approved, welcoming CSR collaborations to expand opportunities.

Anuradha Shrivastava, Vocational Center& Functional Academic Head

Anuradha Shrivastava is a dedicated special educator passionate about integrating children with Autism and special needs into mainstream settings. With experience across six different educational setups, she specializes in functional assessments and developing IEPs. Driven by her personal journey as a mother, she is deeply committed to her students’ growth. Anuradha holds a Diploma in Special Education (ASD) and is also a law graduate, having practiced law until 2008.
